my brother told me about "the movement," a workout routine thats entirely based around functional strength using household objects (i.e. deadlifting your couch, overhead pressing your dresser, curling milk jugs, etc.)

You guys think this would work as a home workout? too poor for the gym atm.

Is it okay to be going through a gallon of 2% milk every 9-10 days?

Before lifting I hated the stuff and never drank it, now I drink a glass with whey protein after workouts and a 1.25 cups in a smoothie I drink about 6 days a week, going through a gallon in a little over a week.

I'm 27 - 140lbs (lol). Am I going to die if I keep this up.

I have high as fuck metabolism, can't gain weight no matter how much I eat. I don't work out, cos wouldn't that reduce weight even more? fml help please

You don't have a high metabolism you just don't eat enough. Count your calories and you'll notice. I've been cutting at 1500 for 7 months and I can't believe I was eating more then that. The body adjusts to over and under eating.
