It's really hard not to be a gains goblin. My bf doesn't count calories and constantly tells me not to worry about what I cook him but I know that if I cook him garbage his 6pack will melt into a 2 pack and that'd be terrible.
I also really wanna go to the gym with him but I know that he's less productive in studies and gains when I'm there, so I try really hard to stay away when he's lifting or studying but damn if that's not all his time! I consider myself to spend a lot of time at the gym, clocking 9 hours a week. But jesus, he spends at least 15 hours weekly at the gym. It's crazy!

I went to village to do some woodcutting shit, but all I got was slightly shorter fingers in duration of few months.
What would the effects of wearing steel toes all winter be for someone who walks around a fair amount (including lots of stairs) be? By effects I mean calf gains or potential knee or ankle complications. Basically just a pros and cons of regular weighted boot use during every day walking.
Also for fun what about if used while jogging/biking/cardio.

It does make a significant difference. If you add some kilos to a car you won't notice a difference but if you use heavier rims you will definitiely notice a difference.
Try to go actual hiking with heavy boots. Any militarybro will agree. And when you get tired and take something out of your backpack you will not really notice a difference but if you change shoes to light sneakers you will feel like flying over the ground.
