Yesterday i pr'd 2 120kg deadlifts and was wondering - at what weight should I consider using a belt assuming the form is fine?

I keep going over there every few weeks to tell them to lift because it will give them self confidence and that will be the first step to improving their lives, but they always blow me off. They always make excuses >I'm short >I'm ugly etc. If you have the conviction to lift and stick to it you are far above them.

Is it soreness or pain?

If it's soreness, it just means your back muscles are getting used to it and your lift is working.

If it's a shooting pain that's radiating, that's not good. Rest and work on form.

About to buy a power cage and a BB. Been doing DB stuff for a year. What specific exercises should I go for to make sure I can handle the BB?

I never did sports before, at all, and got into it over a year ago. Made huge progress but want to ensure success.

i love lifting and would like to start using roids some day, and id want to train 6-7 days per week, but i know theres no way my joints would be able to handle that

My left bicep is an inch bigger than my right bicep, even my left deltoid looks bigger.
No clue why because I'm right handed.

What curl variation is best to fix this? Should I also be doing dumbbell press one arm at a time?

Thats what happens when you are far more dexterous with one hand. You probably use your right arm more efficiently, which decreases the work done. Meanwhile, the muscles on your clumsy left works harder.

You can avoid this problem by training to failure or using barbells with proper form.

Local gym? Someone may know you! Even if they don't, you'll be the newcomer - the fluffy, weak, newcomer. And they will all judge you and talk about you behind your back! Inside and outside of the gym!

If I were you I'd go "cocoon" mode and constantly compliment myself on my brave segregation with regular chocolate treats. Damn, you need some rewarding motivation after all!

I never used to believe in “thin privilege” I just thought oh bunch of fatties go run. But after reading this it’s really opened my eyes so much. Although I’m 5’‘4 and 130, and have never struggled to find clothes that fit, or doctors to help a few week ago a girl who used to date my partner called me a “fat bitch”, when someone said “no she’s not fat she’s like 130 pounds” the girl instantly said back “yeah well I’m only 95”, like it made her better than me or more important.
Everyone is important, I can’t believe I never noticed how privileged I am. Reading this has completely changed my mind frame towards the situation. So what if a larger person is riding a scooter? Old me would like “wow lazy” but now I don’t even think about it for all I know they could be sick or have bad knees.
I can’t believe I’ve been so judgemental towards people I do not know in my life and I truly am sorry for that, nobody should be denied help or given bad deals just because of their weight. Everyone is human.

Key word here is could be. They're usually not, or the bad knees are a product of obesity.

Personally I'm not as radical about the fat hate as /fit/ is. I really don't give a shit if you're chubby or overweight to an extent. But if you can't walk - if you can't climb stairs or have a healthy heart - you need help.
