Hi fit.

im 6'5'' and iv been lifting for 3 years or more.
how can i improve my squat. do any other tall guys have a problem with squats? i feel as if i should have way stronger legs.

Initially, I heard that eggs were bad for you.

Eggs contain lots of nutrients. Thats the whole biological purpose of an egg. So in that regard, you can consider them healthy. The main thing studies say that are inhealthy about eggs, are the high amount of cholesterol. High levels of cholesterol in your blood are bad for your arteries. However, most studies show that high cholesterol intake does not result in high blood cholesterol, so eggs can be considered safe. But always moderate the amount of animal products you eat. Animal products are usually high in hormones and antibiotics, and those can have some nasty side effetcs if consumed excessive.

No food is instrictive good or bad. Consume in moderation, something that seems quite hard for people on this board.

Advice for a 6'2 normal body weight 55 year old.
I've done cardio my whole life but I want to start strength training. I can\t really squat past parallel, I have some mobility issues from playing bball.
Should I into a bodyweight routine or just go SS all the way, is a brosplit good for strength?
HGH is legal in my country and I can get streoids for cheap should i take them?

Don't start with juice if you don't get the basics down man, find a good routine you make progress and then consider it, it's just a waste of money otherwise

Work on your mobility. Stretch your hamstrings, work on your hips and your ankle extension.
Wearing weightlifting shoes also help a lot with squatting.

If nothing helps, just squat as low as you can. It's not the end of the world if you can't go below parallel.

SS is the best for strength development. The book has a huge amount of info, but you can give this a read if you want a quick summary http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:The_Program

Greyskull is also pretty good. It's a small variation of SS.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to start steroids on your age. But TRT can be very beneficial. Maybe see a doctor and ask what he thinks?
Definitely stay away from HGH though.

Cheer me up brehs, I'm in a slope.

I've had pretty bad acne for most of my teenage life (I'm 19 now) and I've hopped on 10mg accutane two weeks ago. I was told beforehand that it'd get worse before it'd get better but I underestimated. Both my cheeks are now covered in disgusting crusts and yellowish pimples. I've never looked so ugly in my entire life. Every day I wake up, my pillow has a few extra bloodstains on it. I got some topical steroid cream today to supposedly help against it. I'm too afraid to go out and I'm very anxious to go to the gym because there are A LOT of hot chicks there and I'm afraid they'll judge me.

I'm probably gonna go anyway and suck it up but I could use some bro sympathy or accutane stories or general advice.

I was about to take accutane recently, but I've postponed it a little and decided to take an antibiotic called lymecycline, and basically, I've been eating dirty as a motherfucker and haven't had a single zit in an entire month.

The initial breakout is horrible with accutane, and yeah you might want to stay indoors as much as possible for the next few weeks. But after that it should get better. I heard you can take an antibiotic at the same time as your accutane to ease up the initial breakout a little, though it is apparently harder on your liver.

The only side effects of the antibiotic I've noticed so far is that I get the shits 2 to 3 times a day. It's not convenient, so I'm going to go on accutane eventually.
