Brehs, I need your help. I'm in med school, and I study/am in class 10-14 hours a day every weekday, and 8-10 hours on the weekends. I barely manage to squeeze in my workouts thanks to my roommates and I throwing down on the home gym. I barely have time to cook, and mostly end up eating shit takeout.
I need two kinds of recipes:
1) Stuff that I can make in mass, freeze into individual portions, and defrost when I need it.
2)Some foods that can stay unrefrigerated in my backpack for hours without going bad.

Fitness is and should be a lifetime journey. Forget about now. You don't need abs "now" to be happy. You don't need all the curves in the world to be happy now. Grandma isn't going to care if you have a shredded 8 pack or 18 inch guns. In fact, I guarantee she'll say "Steroids!" and force some full fat cake into your glycogen depleted ass. That hot coworker at the office new years party isn't going to be mirin any harder if you're not drinking and in the corner eating broccoli with canned tuna from a tupperware. She'll probably hook up with Dave who's on his 4th mug of mulled wine and having a blast with everyone else. Aka don't be that party pooper while everyone else is having a good time.
In the end, it's the holidays. It's a time to let go. Be merry. Enjoy your family, friends, and food to the fullest. Over the past year I've been pushing it hard in the gym, I've restricted my diet to nothing but protein and vegetables, and I've given up caffeine, drugs and alcohol, all in the name of health and fitness. While my progress has been incredible, I've completely isolated myself socially and even my best friends and relatives are hesitant to spend time with me. I also feel like I can't relate to people in general as well anymore because my mind is constantly preoccupied with diet and exercise. It's easy to forget that the reason why you originally wanted to be fit was so that you could have a bit more liberty to enjoy the occasional indulgence. Seems like my numbers are very slow compared to what I read on the internet on novice gains and such. Took me almost 7 months to go from 100 kg x 6 to 125 kg x 6 squat. Same timeframe I went from 115x6 to 142x6 on DL. Seems like very slow progress from what I read. Someone enlighten me. Doesn't seem right that my progress is so slow for a novice.
Okay /fit/, I just took my vitamins (150% vitamin C, 150% D3, 100% E, 100% A, 300% B6, 200% Zinc) then went over my face for 5 minutes with a .5 mm derma roller, then applied a vitamin C serum, and finally after that was absorbed into my skin, a moisturizer with retinol, vitamin E, green tea and hyaluronic acid.

yo i need help on how i should be progressing my bench press
Im pretty much doing coolcicada ppl except for incline bb im doing incline db press
anyway im benching 2 times a week and ive been stuck at 155 for 2-3 weeks now, i have progressed but i think slowly, i been going to the gym seriously for about 4 1/2 months now, and i went from benching 155 for 5 for 1 set to 155 for 3 sets now, earlier my form was shaky at this weight but now its pretty much solid, so for 2 chest session i did 155 for 3 sets of 5 and today i tried 160 for 5, i got so close on my last rep but i couldnt do it and it was just terrible, form brokedown badly etc spotter had to get the rest up i was at halfway.
2 weeks prior to this i tried 160 for 5 and only got 2 reps so i got 2 more reps then before but, 2 more reps in 2 weeks? is that good progression it sounds terrible to me i should of atleast got 160 for 5 reps today only 4 1/2 months in.
a side note i do have a cold tho and had it for a week now but its not that bad anymore just stuffy nose is all, idk what to do im thinkin for the next chest session im gonna do 155 6 reps 3 sets and then next monday try 160 again, advice will be greatly appreciated.

Already read the fucking sticky and was doing alright for like 2 weeks of progressive overload but suddenly I can't keep adding weight. Try to add 2.5kg to my military press and fail, It's been like this for 2 weeks already I think. Stucked on 32.5kg. wtf??? Everything else is progressing just fine.
