Nope,but is really hard to progres (Reach a good strength and muscular developmen)

You'll get faster and better gains on SS,they are basically the same movements.

push up=bench press

squat=low bar squat

hand stand push ups:militar press

pull up= weighted pull up

And various accessories such as dips-skullcrushes,rows,hyperextensions etc.

If you are a skelly you'll see gains even with the worst routines.

If you can't lift the bar you should bulk and do calisthenics for a month or two.

No. It means DOMS.
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
It's totally normal when you start and don't be afraid to lift if you're still a little sore from your last workou.t you are not doing any damage.
It will go away within a couple weeks if you are consistently working out. You will only feel it again if you start a new exercise or take a long break from lifting. No pain no gain is the biggest exercising meme out there.

Hello /fit/

Today I got my first 495lb deadlift - I even did a 500lb one right after just because my power-lifting coach would have said something along the lines, "why didn't you throw 2.5 lbs each side for an even 500?"

It was about 2.5 years ago, when I just turned 21, that I pulled my first 4 plate deadlift. With school and life getting in the way, it took time to reach where I am now.

I haven't been a regular here for years. I just thought I would come back and post this to hopefully give you guys some positivity and to also thank you. I discovered /fit/ when I was 19, and it (and especially the sticky) has been a staple to my training. I intially came here to look buff and big to inflate my ego, but then I learned that I disliked the vanity. What made me keep going was the thought of climbing the mountain that never ends. It's a lot like life, it never just one day gets easy, there are constant challenges that you must face.

Don't let the narcissism and popular idols here that turned me away from /fit/ get in the way of being strong, but also in continuously improving in all aspects of yourself. Learn to lift, learn to laugh, learn to love, and learn to share wisdom.

Keep at it, boys. One day at a time.

/fit/, I'm somewhat of a skeleton and I need to bulk up. The problem is, due to my living arrangements, I have no access to a functional kitchen. I cannot store or prepare any food for myself. No stove, no fridge, no dishes, nothing.

I'm looking to fix this, obviously, but in the meantime, any ideas for ways to meet the diet requirements anyway? It'll probably be half a year to a year before I can move anywhere else and I don't want to waste all this time because of something stupid like not being able to cook for myself.

I live with my mom, who's a bit of a hoarder, in a very small apartment. The kitchen area is pretty much ground zero of roof leaks, hoarding, and neglect (resulting in broken appliances). I wouldn't even know where to start to fix that, and I don't really want to sink any money into this place.

i'm experiencing repeating performance anxiety with my girlfriend and im desperate for advice.

im 18 and lift regularly, currently cutting and not doin' bad. this is the first girl ive had feelings for in the last 4 years, i've had sex with plenty of girls before her and I have experienced this before but not to the point i absolutely could not have sex. the worry has consumed my thoughts and i need to have a successful night with her before it has serious detrimental effects on our relationship and my mental health

she knows whats going on but thinks its porn and masturbation related rather than performance anxiety. which at first was true but the multiple failed attempts since starting nofap has turned it into anxiety. we havent had sex yet. ive gone down on her but she has only done the same for about a minute or two before getting discouraged that i wasnt up. Day 7 you do nothing.

Eat well and you'll be aesthetic as fuck and in good health. Not that strong, but still way stronger than your average joe.
