New Years fag here, and I really want you to tear me apart, /fit/...

I'm going to post this workout that I conjured up in my hungry skeleton brain, and you're going to tell me why it's shit

I mean, assuming it is shit, I don't know because I'm just starting and looking for some brutal advice from the lords of /fit/ness

I'm planning on this... working out AxBxAxB where the x's are rest days (that's probably already retarded but like I said, I'm new)

Workout A (chest / arms)

DB bench press 3x10
DB overhead extension 3x10
DB alternating curls 3x10
DB flyes 3x10
DB lateral raise 3x10

Workout B (back/shoulders/legs)

BB rows 3x10
Deadlift 3x10
Squat 3x10
Seated overhead press 3x10
Pull up 3xF

I'm going for high reps low weight because I want to be ottermode

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated /fit/ ... even if it's not constructive

Anyone else get migraines

What are your triggers? I hadn't had one for 7 months, then one hit me hard this morning. Also I'm not talking about "bad headaches", I'm talking about migraines. Mine start behind my right eyebrow, and I usually throw up.

sheiko was pretty ezpz today. getting pretty excited for my meet in 15 days. hopefully benchbro got all of his shit sent in correctly. But my sheiko ends a week before my meet because I am an idiot and planned it wrong. planning on just hitting my openers on the day that the program has the meet on and then the week of the meet going in and just doing like 50% 3x5 on each lift on tuesday/thursday
