Cutting now. Or at least I was until Christmas arrived. Cheat day turned into cheat week after my family left and there was still so much food and booze left over. Hey fit, my father once told me, that if I had been going to the gym 2 times a week for a month, and then held a months gym break afterwards, it would be like I never went to the gym in the first place because of loss of muscle mass etc. Is this true?
