Ok, I was your stereotypical IT nerd who was that fat-skinny. My back is all fucked up, pretty sure I got minor kyphosis, and my shoulder blades always fucking hurt. I've been working out for 6 months now, I did stronglifts 5x5. I got my squat up to 200lbs, got my bench up to 160lbs, my deadlift up to 160 and barbell row up to 125lbs. Take into consideration I had zero muscles when I started, couldn't even squat 80lbs. I really want to fix my back and get off the 5x5, should I just start rowing like a motherfucker? I started doing face-pulls, T-bar and seal rows, will developing my upper back and lower back muscles assist in fixing minor kyphosis?

If its postural kyphosis, then yes. But this is as long as you're using proper posture and form during your exercises. Make sure you're 100% on point op, and work on your posture outside of working out, it's the only way.
However, if the kyphosis is due to deformation of the spine, you truly are fucked. At least working your back out will decrease the strain put on your spine, so there's that.

Meanwhile, it may just be that your midsection fat will be the last to go. Men tend to store fat in and around the belly, I think, even befire you account for the differences among individual men.

Think of how low some people's bf% needs to be before abs are visible. Your belly may not start slimming significantly until you reach sub-22% bf (I am assuming you are a fatasfatass).

Celebs also use shrink wrap method, meaning you bulk like crazy then cut really hard right before shooting. Skin takes longer to adjust to the new muscle mass so its tight and they look cut as fuck. Lasts for a few weeks and then the skin adjusts, not reliable for long lasting aesthetic. Definitely cycling tho.

I got very sick about 4 months ago, during that time I was pretty much bedridden 24/7.
I wasn't able to do jack shit but I'm finally getting better. Over the period where I was sick I wasn't able to do any lifting at all so I've lost everything (Not that I had much to begin with)
I've lost all my strength and stamina but I want to work to become /fit/ once more but have no clue where to start. Can anyone help me out?
I can only just manage to lift dumbbells with a couple of kilos of them. I am at rock bottom /fit/ I need help.

Sprinting alone? Definitely not. You'll burn fat with a good diet and cardio, but you need to build muscle through muscle exercises. Your leg muscles will become prominent but that's it. The big reason abs are associated with runners is because they burn enough fat for those muscles to be clearly visible.

Dude I don't really know this Jason Blaha guy, but have seen a couple of his vids.

He can lift heavy-ass weights like it's nothing but a peanut but he doesn't seem to wanna be a bodybuilder....at all.
