I've been kind of curious of people's results on an EC stack. Anybody have any success stories or tips on trying to cut around 30lbs with something like this?
If you eat bc you are hungry, it works awesome at losing weight since you arent hungry. If you eat for entertainment, anti anxiety, anti depression, or to compensate for not having good emotional coping skills it will do FUCK all.
Basically, it kills your appetite and stims you the fuck out so you don't feel exhausted and shitty with less food.

So i've been doing kickboxing 3-4 times a week for about 5 months now and have my first fight in february. My cardio is good but I have literally no visable/defined muscle anywhere. No abs, No biceps, No chest, No traps.
What can I do to build muscle but maintain my current weight of 75kg? I'm doing body weight exercises in classes (Press-ups/Sit-ups/Squats etc) but do should I do free weights aswell?

P90x can work very well. I've had good luck with it to help kickstart my ass to doing cardio. And I've had friends lose weight and get in decent shape with it. You won't get "ripped" but you can get healthy.

I found that lifting with no break at all really fatigues the muscles. I finally stopped doing sets when I could not even unrack the weight.

To unhook smoothly we need just the right amount of atp to be present. Atp is that thing creatine increases, im sure you heard of it.
If you dont have enough atp present shit tears up left and right in order to unhook itself and you have a ton of metabolic waste and inflammation that your body now has to clean up.
Atp takes up to 3 minutes to be ready so if you do high volume with little to no breaks you didnt give a chance for atp to accumulate and instead you rekt your shit for no reason.
