Anyone here in the 1000lb club? Idk if there's a metric equivalent but currently im at around 900 lbs. These are all my 1RM

My overhead press is at 200lbs too rn. I want to get my Diddlys to at least 3pl8s so add 40 lbs to the total and my chest press to 2pl8s by the end of september.

I'm on SS and got up to 2pl8 deadlift recently, though I had to do reverse grips for 225 lbs. Today I did 230 lbs with a reverse grip again and my grip gave out after 3 reps. How can I strengthen my grip without compromising recovery?

I do calf raises with a heavy ass bar held out in front of me with a mixed grip in-between arm sets. You just have to hold heavy shit. Weighted pull ups are good too.

They are good for your back but close grip is better for your forearms. Reveese that close grip and it targets your biceps. Good way to end an arm workout.
