I need to put on as much mass/look as aesthetic as possible in 30 days.

/fit/ I ask much from you now. I need a routine to put on the most mass and look aesthetic as I can in 30 days (before valentine's day).
Tell me what I need to do specifically in regards to chest and abs, those I want to prioritize.

Do any of you get depressed or deal with inefriority complex when going to the gym?
I started great for a month but went do a depressive episode (unrelated) . Now I wanna go back, but don't wanna quit again. But when you see the Chads with the sick gains, you feel like shit and talk yourself down.

When I get this way with my weight loss I get on YouTube and watch other peoples videos and see their transformation and what they were to what they are now. It pumps me up and makes me want to go running or punching the bag or something active that makes me sweat and get tired. You need to find something that motivates you like that.

Do you guys stretch and foamroll before workout? I want to start doing it because I'm immobile as shit but I'm afraid I look gay in the gym.
If you're diligent with mobility work at home (meaning, you do it every night), you can build up mobility outside of the gym then just make sure you're warm before you start any lifting.
Being in a gym already makes you look gay, why bother now?

Hey guys i've been lifting for about 8 months and I have a couple questions about creatine.
Is it worth it? I've read various stories about how great it is and my friend loves it. However, I've also heard that it accelerates baldness and I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on that. My irl friend that lifts cycles it but he has a receding hairline...
I've been lifting for a while and it would be cool to kick it into another gear, but I clearly value my hair and long-term health more than gains that I will get regardless.

What do I need to do to make the boxing club team at my uni next year? Tryouts are in October and are pretty competitive. Looking mainly for a workout regimen but any dietary/lifestyle recs are also welcome. The team says no boxing experience necessary and the tryouts are pretty physically demanding. Around 125 people started out at the tryouts this year and at the end there were only 50 because people dropped out throughout the week. Should I start practicing boxing at all or should I just focus on getting in the best shape possible?
Atm I am ~195, 6' 1" and working out 6-7 days a week, doing SS 3 times a week and 3 days of rowing interval training. My bf% is prolly 21%-22%. I am still a fatass but over the last year I've lost about 45 pounds so I am less of one than I used to be.
Did very limited MMA at one point, and there is really only one answer here.

A real boxing gym doesnt are how /fit/ you are when you start, they care if you have the ambition and heart to keep going no matter what. If the tryouts are all about phys cond its a shit gym and youd be better off starting aa fight club and watching technique videos
