Ok /fit/, i've been keeping calorie intake daily around 1000 calories and doing cardio, i'm losing weight fast (5 pounds in 2 weeks) which is what I want because /skinnyfat/. My friend is wanting me to go to the gym with him. I don't want to increase my calorie intake because I want to cut down to being slim first and then try and get bigger. Would I see any results if I kept my calorie intake low and still lifted?

Does anyone else feel like crap on a cut? I'm a fatass trying to lose weight and I'm on a 500 cal deficit but I usually finish around an 800 to 1000 call deficit which is still me eating 1500 calories.

I just feel like absolute shit. Everything feels off, I'm sweating with little effort, and my attitude is bad plus I have a headache.
