You can only ever do these exercises, and only from either A or B which you will have to choose and won't be able to change after.
You will also not be allowed to do any variations (so no sldl or deficit dl). Only sumo/conventional and highbar/lowbar are allowed, but if you choose one you will have to stick with it.

I actually did the A workout cuz I had a barbell and plates but nothing else.
I wasn't good at programing and it was hard as fuck to progress deadlifts since doing it 3 times a week burned me out so much.
I got really good at doing 3plate though lol. I'd go out and do like five sets twenty twice a week.
I looked ok I guess.
I got my row 5 rep max to 275lb and my Press 1rep max to 205lb too.
I come to you for advice.
TL:DR version, can I live off of mass gainer shake, protein shake, vitamin supplements, and rice without killing my gains?
DR version: I currently pay 1200 a month for a shitty apartment, I live on an Island and space is extremely limited. I was considering buying a house, but a 770 square foot house, which is small than my apartment, would cost about 250k, which means I would be paying close to 2k a month in rent and utilities (I live someplace very cold, so heat would be expensive)
I don't mind being cold so much, but you have to keep a house heated or pipes freeze and other nasty shit.
I make 70k a year, that being said, I'm not going to pay 300 dollars a square foot, and I'm tired of paying other peoples mortgages with rent.
So I'm considering just living in a van under the bridge like Chris Farley back when he was still funny.
That being said,
I won't be able to meal prep, I know mass gainer shakes are not ideal, real food is best, but could I live off of mass gainer shakes for a few months supplemented with protein shake and rice cooked over my camp stove?
Be better if you added beans to the rice. You probably wouldn't die of it if you did it for just a few months.

Am using pic related for heavy lifts. Does prevent prolaps but can be kinda dry going in, and uncomfortable moving.
Read that coconut oil is a great lube but have some questions.
I'm concerned about the smell. Is it noticeable?
Also, how viscous or slippery is it? If it makes the plug so buttery it slides right out during a work-out, it defies the purpose of using one. Anyoen any experiences with lube?

Is there a more optimal skipping meal than italian pasta or pizza?
By the looks of it, it doesn't seem it has estrogen or any other hormones (i'm talking about good pizzerias and italian restaurants, not the 5 dollars pizza), less sodium than most junk food, and pizza specially has a lot of protein. tomatoes are also good for your health. also probaly less sucrosis than most junk food like candy. pasta is basically carbs, not much fat. as for the pizza you can just order something meat based.
what does /fit/ think? is there good tasting food any less harmful to our gains than italian cuisine ?

Uh, do you realize it's a bad idea to eat protein and carbos at the same time? Chemically speaking, you digest protein with acidic substances and carbos with basic substances. When an acid and a base meet together they neutralize each other forming salt, ie, NaOH+HCl --> HOH + NaCl
you're delaying the digestion by several hours and making nutrient absorption much harder for yourself, much of what you eat will go to waste (poop)
