Lunch and breakfast. Sometimes dinner, but I go to my parents' house for dinner 3 or more evenings a week. They're pretty healthy, and if the meal doesn't fit my diet I usually just eat a small portion while visiting with them, thank my mother for the delicious food and enjoy my time with them, then eat a little more when I get home.

What say you, /fit/?

I want to do squats, but I'm a beginner so I don't know about the routines(I know the technique). I don't know how often and how many I should do per day.
Should I do them in the morning and evening or is once a day alright?
What about 100 of them? 150? Does it make sense to go higher?
I'm very light(140lbs 5'9) so I might need to do more to get an effect.

I wanna get into running and lead a healthier lifestyle. Am i better off running for 15 mins every day or for an hour a week on a single day, say every thursday for example?

One week do 15 minutes every day, the next week do an hour once. the next week work on running as fast as possible. like do a mile every day and cut a few seconds every day. The following week work on distance, add an extra half kilometer every day.
The following week do a 10k. The following week do 3 5ks

>3 days per week:
full-body routines (AxBxAxx BxAxBxx or AxAxAxx)
>4 days per week:
Pull-push-legs + fullbody (PPLxFxx or LPPxFxx or FxPPLxx etc)
>5 days per week:
Pull-push-legs + upper-lower (PPLxULx or ULxPPLx etc)
>Routines with no deadlifts or Powerlifting programs:
upper-lower splits

Work every muscle group at least 2 times per week
Push = chest/front & lateral delts/triceps
Pull = back/biceps/rear delts
Legs = legs/posterior chain
>Just because an exercise involves pulling, doesn't mean it belongs on pull day. Divide it accordingly to the correct muscle group. For example, lateral raises belong on push day.

These are just basic rules-of-thumb!

Remember that you are supposed to have fun and enjoy doing your routine, so do the stuff that you enjoy doing!

Went from 292 to 273 (132 kg to 123 kg) in about eleven days on Lyle McDonald's PSMF. Feel perfectly fine and have lost no strength, don't think I've lost much or any LBM yet. Doubtless ten pounds of that was water but I'm still impressed, I love this diet.

Posted this in another progress thread but might as well post her.
I was 240 lbs at my biggest and now I'm sitting at 172 lbs. I've been running an ec stack eating at 1200-1500 kcal for the past few months with the exception of December where I ate at maintenance. I've also been doing icf 5x5 to keep as much muscle as possible.
I'm going to cut a little bit more and then do a slow bulk after I hit >10% bf. Main reason I'm not bulking now is because I'm planning cosplaying a few revealing characters in the summer so I can't have much fat on my stomach.
