No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

Ive taken 12 250mg in 7 days. Started taking 2 a day a few days ago. The numbness in my hands is worse than 200mg a day for 21 days. Wondering if I should stop. When do you know to stop cause of PN? Dont want to have permanent nerve damage. Is 2 day just too much DNP? Heats not a problem.

Is loosing weight on SL 5x5 a meme?

Switched to SL about 12 weeks ago, have significally increased my lifts while eating in a deficit from 1800-2300 kcal (some splurging in the 2-3 days around xmas)

Went from about 210 to 220 at 7 feet 8", without knowing bf i would say ive lost about 1-2% tops.

Is there any hope of loosing some pounds or atleast increase bf with SL 5x5 or is this just a meme?

I've been lifting on and off for many years but I have never managed to stay on track because I feel like I'm always so fucking tired. I just wanna lay in bed all the time and just the thought of exercising makes me cringe. I do look like I lift, but I only manage to stay on routines for max 3 months before I go back to being the lazy fuck that I've always been. what do? could it be hormonal or vitamin deficiency?
