So last week it was the first time I went to a gym. While it feels great to visualize myself being ripped in a few years I couldn't stop being akward as fuck

But that was a year ago. He mostly uses machines, I stay with free weights. He doesn't squat cus he slipped a disk doing squats.

Hah, now that you mention it, the first time I went I overtrained cause I've always been a lazy fatfuck and my pressure lowered after doing squats on a bloody smith machine. I just sat there half dying after it and my trainer gave me some gum to not pass out.

Now I realize I've come a long way since then, even tho I still don't look half as good as I wanted. We're all gonna make it OP, thanks for making me remember.

Yesterday i went to gym high as fuck on amphetamine for the first time.

It was fucking amazing. I was unstoppable. I could lift more than ever, broken all my records. Fuck, i benched 16kg more then ever before. I couldn't believe myself.

I was lifting like a mad man for 2 hours straight without a trace of fatigue. I just wanted to lift more and more.

Lesson for today: Do drugs kids. Drugs are awesome AND helpful.

Can anyone help on how to discipline oneself to diet and workout? I can manage to workout but I can't stick to a healthy diet for a long period of time. I just love food too much. I'm 5'10 and 25% bf weighing at 197 lbs.

You need to think this way:
Once you lose the fat, you'll look good, when you're there you can keep on eating healthy and lifting to build a decent body or you can stay this way just eating whatever you want like a fatass, you won't get fat if you burn it with cardio.
As long as you stick to it, 45 minutes of cardio everyday guarantee that you'll never get fat.

You just do it. Wanting it is personal. I do it to convince my family to be healthier so they don't die early. Also knowing that something like working out and eating right takes time to see results makes me know that other things take time to see results. Like whitening my teeth, studying for a good GPA and career, getting enough sleep, and all other positive things in my life. That's all I need to know, but that's just me.
