To accentuate your jaw and cheekbones, drink water.
If you're not well hydrated, water builds up (i forgot the correct word) in the cheeks and makes them look faster.
There are also plenty of stretches for your neck, chin and jaw. They seemed to help me but I have a naturally strong(ish) jawline.
I stopped because I got lazy and I still have quite prominent cheekbones but my jaw isn't as strong as before.
Also, remember to sleep and stay well-nourished or you can go from Chad to methhead real quick.

when you run, do you breathe through your mouth or nose? google is split about 50/50 either way, so i'm assuming it doesn't much matter, and i can't tell a huge difference either way. just wanted some thoughts.

So I plan on keeping it cheap and simple and easy to cook.
I plan on eating this for a week and then changing it up the next week to a chicken dish, probably chicken and pasta or something
Problem is when I'm ordering on Tesco's, the cans show the weight undrained, I'm already ordering 7 cans of kidney beans and sweetcorn, but undrained it's actually 1/3 of the weight so I'd have to order 21 cans of each lmfao? And I don't wanna do that autistic shit.
