Been lifting 3 months and I'd say I'm fairly close (from skinny mode). It's nowhere near what I want out of my body.

Aggressive music doesn't do it for me anymore. I like listening to folk or just white noise/focus shit. I don't know what changed, but It just gets me completely focused on the weight in front of me.

There's no point asking around desu, since it's all so subjective when it comes to good shoes. Go to your local GOOD running store (not sportsdirect) and ask for advice. get a gait analysis, and find the best one for you.
Look into minimalist running shoes. That and don't strike heels first.

I dunno about all of that but I couldn't eat all the calories I'm supposed to if it weren't for weed.
Honestly it's stupid to smoke anywhere near studying. It effects retention of information from anywhere between 40~50% less than if you didn't smoke.
Smoke for working out or chilling with peeps, and of course chronic pains.

What kind of measurement is that? Their muscle density is higher so yes, they can kill a human in close combat, but humans aren't designed for close combat and would never realistically get into it with a chimp. We're designed for throwing spears and letting our opponant bleed out will tracking them.

I guess the idea is that you need good strength throughout your body. Strong arms are useless without a good core back and legs to support them.
