How long would it take?
I'm 120 lbs, 5'7 (mediterranean manlet) and I look skelly in general, although abs ain't noticeable mainly because of bad posture (I think)

I told my mom about my gym progress and she lectured me about how I need to stop paying attention to the scale and "just live my life."
Why is it so common for people who go to the gym and set goals for themselves to meet resistance from their family and "friends?" Everyone here talks about it all the time. 11,2 km = 7 miles
tempo: 9:14 min/km
It was cold as fuck and my legs hurt so I walked back the way home. I was much faster in the beginning: ~8 minutes for a kilometre with some sprints in between (maybe even faster, didnt pay attention)
I am going to skip leg day, bros

/fit/, my doctor just diagnosed me with congestive heart failure at 22, he said that I have about 5 years to live, but that my chances improve if I become physically fit and eat well.
