I'm 32 years old right now and let me tell you my history and my experience what girls like.

There was a time when I really liked to cycle, some muscle definition but not big.

Result: lots of girl attention

Then I got interested in lifting and putting on muscle mass and ended up a bit fatter.

Result: less girl attention and more a reduction in girl quality attention.

My main experience of all is, that girls only care about being fit and energetic.

Sure when being big other males look up to you, but girls don't care.

Lots of cardio will make you hold less water and especially your face (which bothers the most to girls) and you will feel energetic. Toss in 2 days of lifting a week and you're golden.

Just experience feeling energetic and have a thin face

If you want to do both, you could just program around it. There's a guy named Alex Viada who's an elite powerlifter and ultramarathoner. Resolving strength training with cardio is sort of his thing. You should look him up.

I am dyel, I have no muscles to speak of.

My goal is to lose my fat ass, thighs, belly and moobs, hopefully they should disappear if I hit 80kg.

Depends on where you are right now. If you can do them easily in one set, then it's a pretty bad idea. If you can do them in four sets to failure, then it might be a very good idea. Also, don't listen to >>36443742, you'll of course make some progress. You'll gradually be able to do more and more push-ups. You can and should make the exercise harder by moving your arms closer to your center of mass though.

Also, you want to look into other exercises as well. You at least need to do rows or pull-ups to have something for your back.

I was just wondering when everyone liked to workout. Do you workout in the morning, afternoon, or the evening? Personally I like to workout in the evening, about two hours before I go to sleep, because it helps me relax and I sleep like a baby. Anyone else?
