Do I eat back calories lost through exercise?
Say I need to eat 2500 calories a day to build muscle, but I burn 500 by running that day - do i stick to the 2500, thereby effectively only having 2000 that day, or do I eat 3000 so I end up with a 2500kcal surplus at the end of the day?

The sticky did not answer that question.

So far C4 has worked the best for me and I've used it a lot. I've started experimenting out of boredom and found that The Curse is another motherfucker I enjoy its effects from.

As a protein source in my bulk, I eat 6 egg whites.

Do you think it's worth it? I read many times that egg white isn't calorie dense at all and doesn't haee much shit in it.

yeah, eat 6 jumbo eggs for 450kcal + 100kcal of butter + 250kcal of sausage/spinach/pepper/onion/garlic + 150kcal of avocado (Total ~1000kcal)

I then have a pancake batter with whole wheat shit (1/2 cup, 400kcal) + 130 kcal of oats on top, + blueberries (50kcal) + 100kcal of jam on top of it (Total) ~700

Washing that down with some coffee and im sitting at 1750 for a breakfast

so in short
eat 6 goddamn whole eggs

you should seriously be limiting it if youre trying to gain muscle. All stupid memes aside, it stops satellite movement which inhibits muscle growth.

But if you must, after weights obviously. Youd be an idiot to do it before.
