Great exercises all of them. Especially if you do the pull-ups properly and get your nipples over the bar.
However, take it from me: if you limit your exercise selection too much for too long, imbalances will start to build up, then little nagging pains and mobility deficits, and later downright injuries.
At the very least I would include some kind of overhead pressing and some kind of pulling shit off the ground.
I know it's not much of a "proof", but you can take my word for it or ignore it. Been there, done that.

I'm following the PHUL program, so:

Extra volume and accessories should have a clear purpose. You need to examine your weaknesses and work on those. Okay, so apparently I'm retarded or something because I've read and read and read endless amounts of sites and wikis and I'm more confused now than before. I just want someone to tell me very simply what to do. I'm 18 years old at about 5'11 and I weigh 200 lbs. I eat about 2,000 calories a day my activity consists of walking about a mile a day and sitting the rest. I don't want 12 paragraphs of how digestion works or what a 35 year-old woman can do in 30 minutes, I just want someone to tell what exercise I should do and for how long. I already know I should eat less than I burn but I just don't know where to start or how to go about exercising. Can someone give a starter some pointers for simple exercises please?
