Why aren't you an exercise physiologist yet?

hello /fit/

i dont feel like doing push ups anymore, but im not sure on whether or not i should actually go to something different.

usually when i train my chest and triceps i go with something like this routine. bench press, incline bench press, dips, straight bar dips, and a lot different push ups.

i dont really like doing pushups, so what could be a substitute for that part of the workout?

What annoys you about your gym the most?

For me it's that people don't towel up their loads in the sauna. Go in this morning and drop my towel and sit down in a puddle of cum that's probably left over from last night so I have to go shower and it pissed me off

OKAY so I am 174 lbs and 5'6". 100% fat manlet. If I were to start working out on a caloric deficit, I'd obviously lose fat, right?

Just want to know if I will also get strong. Not looking to be the next Henry Cavil or anything, but I don't want to lose weight AND be weak only to have to work it all back up by eating more again.
