Does anyone tried this iOS app which is based on the best-selling book "Eat This, Not That"? To me, it helps and is very handy for finding some not-so-bad food when I travel. Love it.
I get most people here wouldn't see this as a way to avoid working out. But having an app that tells you what fast food to eat to have a net calorie loss equal to working out is a just really an app for fat people to delude themselves with.

I'm doing it, /fit/. I'm converting from fat-loving tumblrette to a normal human being.
I've been fat all my life. I looked like a fucking bowling ball when I was a kid. Fattie from a fat household of fatties.
A week ago I realized that all of my friends are fatter than me, and that kind of got the ball rolling. Why are they fatter than me? Because I want to feel skinny in comparison. Why? Because I hate being fat.
I told everyone I loved myself and my body. I reality, I had been spending every single fucking day on tumblr complaining in the "fat love" and "fat acceptance" tags, and hearing the patethic chorus of hundres of fatties telling me I'm beautiful in return. That site is fucking toxic /fit/. I've been in the "fat love" side of tumblr for about four years now, and nothing has ever made me re-think drinking straight mayo or eating five snickers for dinner.
But no more. I've gotten help. I've started counting calories and exercising. Cutting out candy and soda, and replacing them with fruit and water. I'm fucking done with being a fat bitch, and I'm angry at myself for letting it get to this point. (I haven't weighed myself, but estimate is 90kg and 164cm tall)
I'll make it, /fit/, I promise.
Feel free to ask about my delusional tumblr days if you want, or give me tips that aren't in the sticky.

Fuck any calf isolation I jump roped for 25 minutes 4 days ago and I'm still sore as fuck.

But, anon, I do jumprope. Getting pretty good at going fast jumping with both feet. What should I graduate to, doubles? Single leg jumps?
I'm starting to jump rope everyday in an effort to become super light on my feet. When I'm going ham its definitely a lot more demanding than running. Every fucking second feels like hell. Most of the time though I just trip on my left leg and start getting self conscious about my scoliosis when I feel my right hip ride up.
I'm on day 3 now and it's really starting to feel more of a work on concentration and coordination than cardio or a calf workout.

Think I need to see a therapist but before I do so, I want to ask fit, do people (friends or friends of friends) still insult you in your 20's? I'm in my 20's, still get the negative comments about me being small. From girls and guys. Was worse in school but kind of expected it to stop. Still get jokes about being short, my own manager made a joke about my height two days ago.
Do you know that inferior feeling of shame or embarassment you feel after someone cracks a joke or insults you? I feel it for days. It doesn't just come and go. Even if the person who insulted me looks worse or no better than I do!
Don't know how to deal with this shit. Is this normal for me to feel this low considering it's just a reaction of comments made my other people in the past and present? Or do I have something more serious going on and should I seek therapy?

I don't use Creatine or any other supplements. All I take aside from normal foods is protein shakes. Currently using ON Gold standard whey but have used true nutrition and others in the past.
Anyways. I have been getting anal leakage. I tried putting peanut butter in my shakes hoping it would help but it didn't.
