Can someone help me make sense of pic related please?

I have been lifting for 3 months, doing a mixture of SS with accessories and Crossfit (Max Effort Black Box).

I try to do twice a week of:

3x5 Squat (High Bar)
3x5 Bench Press
3x5 OHP
1x5 Deadlift
3xF Pull-ups (Banded)
3xF Chair dips
3x8 Lat raises

Can also post pic of current body if anyone is interested.

this is why they have split routines

if you are having DOMS its not like it would make a lot sense to train those muscles, as they are sore and unable to lift normal sets

I burn about 2000 calories a week from doing 1 hour of cardio everyday (according to my walking application on my phone)

Can someone explain the cut and bulk concept to me.

I'm 5" 7 and 165 lbs. 27.5 BMi.

I want tobe my best self, as in no man boobs and no belly.

What's the course of action? I'm guessing cut and do some SS? I have 4 months to train before I enter Uni. Help me /fit/bros!!

Cutting is losing fat by eating at a caloric deficit, i.e. Eating less calories than you use in a day

Bulking is putting on muscle (and often fat) by eating at a surplus and lifting heavy ass weights

the reason why every routine advises for 1x5 is that 1x5 + warm-ups are enough volume for deadlift, while you're able to increase weights every session

just like forearms delts etc benefit from high volume, low weights; deadlifts benefit from low volume, heavy weights

Buy a fishing pole from Walmart and eat raw fish. Then do body weight exercises using stones and tree limbs for pull ups. Eventually you'll look like this guy as long as you can get your hands on some based coco nuts as well desu senpai good luck on your hobo gains

1 glass of natural apple juice

Recently made it a habit to eat this for breakfast, I know it's an improvement since I literally used to eat either nothing or junk food for breakfast before, but I'm curious if this would be considered a healthy breakfast, and if not, what do I change? Have been on zero sugar diets before so I feel iffy about the apple juice and banana, but I'm guessing there's a pretty big difference between this and if I were to replace it with skittles and coca cola.

Happened to a mate of mine as well, similar situation to yours. I applaud your hard work so far but the best thing to do now is to focus on building muscle. Fuck the rumours anyway but once you start building muscle they'll stop.
