So, it's a well known fact that there are all kinds of shills on 4chan (posters who get paid to essentially advertise products or popularize opinions anonymously). It's gotten fairly obvious on certain boards what these shills are pushing.

The question is this: are there shills on /fit/? It seems to me that given how scummy and scammy the fitness industry is in general, there ought to be a shilling presence here.

The estrogen are mainly contained in the fat, so by drinking skim milk (moderately) you largely avoid this issue. The "whole milk is healthy" has always been a meme.

So for the past 4-5 months i've been training almost every day at the gym for at least an hour, but i'm not really seeing any results.
I think it's my diet, i consume enough protein, but may be lacking elsewhere, can any of you /fit/ bros tell me what the best thing to add to my diet would be, or the easiest way to change my diet or add something to it to make my workouts more effective.

My diet consists of;
-Banana & shake for breakfast (with creatine)
-6-9 BCAA tablets (taken throughout the day)
-Shake with creatine post workout
-1 usually carb packed meal at some point in the day
-Multivitamins & Omega 3

Here is my diet plan:
TOTALS: 3,731 calories, 359 g protein, 380 g carbs, 86 g fat

BEFORE BREAKFAST1 scoop whey protein (mix in water)1 medium banana

BREAKFAST2 cups cooked oatmeal

MORNING SNACK6 whole-wheat crackers + 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

LUNCH8 oz. turkey deli meat4 slices whole-wheat bread (make sandwiches; feel free to add low-fat mayo and/or mustard)2 cups green salad + 2 Tbsp. low-fat balsamic vinaigrette

PREWORKOUT SNACK1 scoop whey protein (mix in water)1 large apple

POSTWORKOUT SNACK2 scoops whey protein +1 scoop casein protein (mix in water)1 medium plain bagel + 2 Tbsp. jelly

DINNER8 oz. top sirloin1 large sweet potato1 cup chopped broccoli2 cups green salad +2 Tbsp. salad dressing (olive oil and vinegar)

NIGHTTIME SNACK1 oz. English walnuts2 scoops casein protein (mix in water)

If not that then i'll prep my food for the week, 3 main meals a day, chicken, rice and veg

What do you lift for /fit/? You know what I lift for? I lift lot for social status and ego.

I want to be considered chad, even when im a complete faggot.

I want guys to respect me and think highly of me, even though i didnt say a single word yet.

I dont care that much about getting laid, but knowning that girls and guys alike mire my asthetics and view me as an alpha male whenever i go out to public feels me with happines and joy.

I want to attract hoes in the club and dump them afterwards and hang out with that shy cutie instead.

I want to deny the chads that feel like they should be friends with me, just to hang around with that beta cuck, leaving the chads with confusion.

I want to get hired by that female boss, not because im highly skilled, but because she finds me sexually attractive.
