Anybody have a noticeable spike in their sex drive after beginning a regular workout routine?

I've been lifting every other day for the last month, and all of a sudden its like 90% of my thoughts have become about sex.

I've been doing some push-ups and taking long walks as of a few days ago, but what's the best way for a skinny guy like me to go from nothing to at least something by the end of next week?

Also, I'm unemployed, so I have plenty of disposable time and basically no income.

if you don't have access to a gym, you're probably going to be stuck doing bodyweight unless you have stuff you can lift around the house. look into bodyweight progressions and find a place where you can do pull ups and dips

ey fellas been training since i was 16, 27 now never stopped training. My best advice is get a second sport something you can compete in once you get in shape and let the weight lifting become secondairy.

I screwed up by going for brazilian jiu jitsu and competing way too late and realise the gratification you get from doing that is much better then just being swole.

I went from 50kg to 105kg now 81,5kg but lean as fuckkk i train 12 times a week though lol who the fuck am i kidding im going back to /pol/ its not like tiny is still around

So when I sleep my brain starts thinking. Aboout me being in the gym. It's fine until I am thinking about starting a set in my mind, and then my fucking arms start fucking jerking around. Last night I was falling asleep and I had my hand next to my face while laying on the side of my body. I was thinking about doing superman curls and I hit myself in the fucking head with my fist. This probably happened like 15 times already not even kidding. This is fun and games until you can't fucking sleep because of that shit. One time I was laying on my back with my arms relaxed to the sides and I was thinking about benching. My fucking arms exploded up so fucking fast it hit the top bed and the rails that support the mattress ( I have a bunk bed with my bro ) I woke my brother up and my fucking fists hurt so fucking bad.

What do I do to stop this? As soon as this happens I go back to the conscious state and have to re-fall asleep which takes me half an hour. Sometimes it happens multiple times making me trying to fall asleep for 3-5 hours.

I have all the motivation and drive and all that but I keep falling short of my goals. Just now I realized that I don't adhere to any kind of schedule. I'm always falling for that stupid "do it later" fallacy loop. Never been taught or shown by example to make the best of my time.
