Hey /fit/
I sweat a lot at the gym. My shirt gets completely drenched just from lifting. I understand I'm working hard but nobody else looks like they just jumped in the fucking pool. I feel like it grosses people out. Any other sweat brahs? Or can some normie tell me it's cool?
same here i don't give a fuck
>>37107630
Yup, me too.
Fuck everyone else, once you wipe your shit off the bench, it's none of their fucking business.
>>37107630
If you wash yourself and your clothes regulary, your sweat won't reek so ... no sweat
Are you humble, /fit/?
my body dismorphia keeps me shockingly humble desu
>>37107611
Of course. It's one of the seven heavely virtues, therefore I strive each day to achieve humility in all I do.
>>37107627
>humility
>caring how you look
you're not humble
/fit/, how do I reach desired trap aesthetic?
I'm currently 210 pounds, was at 250 when I started but I'm gonna have gym access now so I can stop starving myself to lose weight. I'm 5'10, c cups, natural hourglass but still chubby. Hips are a little narrow but not too bad, hoping to correct it or make it better with corset training. But has no real shape but there's plenty of meat to work with back there.
Just wondering wha to can do to get a body like pic related as far as diet and exercise go. Anything in specific? I've been on hormones over a year.
You start taking hormones like, 10 years ago.
>>37107490
+high carb %
+Calorie Restriction
-Low protein (so you lose muscle) low fat (so you don't gain testosterone)
+Use those little girlie weights and do supersets
+Low intensity cardio for long periods of time
>I'm fat and too tall
You won't ever be close to passable.
Better start lifting hard and taking steroids to numb the pain.
is drinking whey one of the biggest memes of all the gym-related industry?
almost everyone drink a protein related product yet like 0.01% track their macros and shit like that
>why do you take it buddy?
>bcuz this big guy in the mag says I need to take 2 shakes per day!
>pfft.. k
>>37107359
>Has no idea what a may may is
You're as fucking retarded as this thread is
>>37107359
You're right. The weightlifting community has to be more ducated about what they put into themselves, and at what times are best to take everything.
But I disagree that whey protein a meme. It's an easy, most of the time tasty, and readily accessible way to get your daily protein intake without having to wolf down a chicken breast for those 24 grams of protein.
>>37107403
yeah it is, but most of the people just drink it because of random stupid reasons instead of the ones you listed
heck, they dont even know how many grams of protein they need per day
>>37107390
no fuck you and your opinion
I have this idea in my head that if I don't get a six pack and I'm not at the lowest possible body fat I can be, I'm not allowed to have a girlfriend and girls won't like me.
It's weird, kinda of autistic actually, I'm pretty fit but I haven't lost all my belly fat so this idea is crushing me now because I'm lonely and I haven't ever had a girlfriend, never even kissed a girl actually. I feel like its some kind of deal I made with myself since I was young because I was fat as a kid. It really prevents me from forming relationships with women, because I don't even try in the first place.
Kind of like in code, where if certain conditions aren't met, the code won't execute. Am I just crazy /fit/?
>>37107322
Retard, why would you even make up shitty rules like that for yourself if you aren't even able to cut to begin with.. what a faggot.
Nah man, Iktf. You just want to be sure that you've made it before you reap the benefits of making it. Own it, use it to push yourself harder.
Literally the same way. I don't know how to fucking get past this. I feel this way about myself, that if I'm not perfect I don't deserve anyone, and yet I see fat slobs that treat the people around them like shit succeed with women and have the girlfriends I want to have, which makes me hate myself even more because if they can do it and I can't it must mean I'm even worse than they are
Today marks a very long time since I've been under 300 pounds dropped 80 pounds in the last 4 and a half months this thread is for sharing story's and Advice for Current and former fat shits alike.
>>37106878
Keep up the good work friend.
Started at 260 beginning of last month. Just passed 250 this weekend. 70 more to go. Honestly the diet isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
We're gonna make it.
wtf is fsg?
fat shit general?
good job guys keep it up
What kind of food do guys buy for groceries? I just picked this stuff up tonight.
>he fell for the coconut oil troll
>>37106872
Coconut oil is fine if you're bulking, and delicious.
Buying a lot of chicken, nuts and avo lately. Running out of ways to force feed 4000 kcal.
things only from the perimeter of the grocery store. everything down the isles is shit
>I'm starting dancing to lose weight!
>I'm starting running to lose weight!
>I'm starting X Y Z to lose weight but not changing my diet at all! In fact, I'm increasing how much I eat because all this working out has made me tired and hungry!
Why the FUCK do people still not understand the god damn calories in =====> calories out shit
i'm actually impressed desu.
>>37106680
is that benchbro?
>>37106680
holy fuck that guy can dance
that's amazing
What are your opinions on her? Have you tried her advice and what we're the results?

she's mentally ill
>>37106629

That's just the regular nigger courting ritual
If you can afford it is there any reason not to mix BCAAs in with your protein?
Because BCAA'S are a meme.
Taste?
Idk if never bought bcaa.
>>37106419
Leucine being the BCAA for protein synthesis in muscular tissue that you get from protein can't really be over emphasized though
General benching thread I'm 19 bench 245 max WITHOUT A SPOT I'm 5,11 also thoughts ?https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F8footxl2S4 video of me benching
Why does your new video say 12 year old...
>>37106392
Your max bench with or without a spot is the same. You just happen to be retarded.
>WITHOUT A SPOT
What a daredevil
>5'9 manlet
>27 years old
>147 lbs
>Any time I gain fat, it mostly ends up on my ass and legs while my torso stays thin/normal looking
This is probably low T or something, how do I prevent this from happening, other than just being skinny, it's not so much the weight gain itself, it's where I gain the weight when I do that pisses me off.
What can I do about it, does anybody else know this feel?
your shit's already fucked up, might as well become a trap
>>37106124
Not into that scene, otherwise I would make lemonade with the lemons I was given
>i have bad genetics so i shouldn't lift and just give up at life
fuck off. nobody is perfect, we all have imperfections, just lift and deal with it. do less squats and more upper body if you want to balance out.
Aight /fit/ I'm tired of the way I look. I tried to do the all natural shit but it isn't working as planned. I lost 10 pounds in about 2 months after running a few miles everyday and not eating hardly anything. Now I have some DNP and im going to the gym twice a day. I'll be taking 250 mg's a day for 3 weeks. How much weight do you guys think I will lose in that time from running 2 miles a day and working out for 3 hours? Will post my progress every week.
Maybe a half a pound a week. And I'm being generous with that.
>>37105885
>I lost 10 pounds in about 2 months after running a few miles everyday and not eating hardly anything.
lol, sure.
"hardly anything"
you need discipline. not DNP. fatass.
>>37105944
>you need discipline. not DNP
DNP is like an external discipline, like someone pointing a gun at your head and telling you to they'll blow your brains out if you don't put down the donut.
>RIP fatty, he ate donuts on DNP
>mfw i do bjj 4 times a week
>can't keep mass on my legs because of it
>have skinny legs but muscular upper body and pretty big traps from doing it for a while
>>37105831
http://vocaroo.com/i/s0oecqYmdXpq
>tfw started doing bjj at the beginning of the year
>got sick and didn't go for a couple weeks
>haven't been back in months
fuck
>>37105860
I sometimes take a few weeks off, and so do other people. Not a big deal. Just go back. Unless it's some culty jiu jitsu gym where you expect you to go every class. Who cares?
