no. most people focus solely on their body cause they're autistic and think that will fix everything.
I started to care a little more about how I dressed. I still don't care a lot, but I definitely dress better than I did before I was fit. I also started making better grades in college. I was never very messy.

I like going to the gym, but now that I started going I feel sore all the time, like sometimes hurt to get out of bed etc... And it will take a week to feel better so I miss tons of the time at the gym. How can I stop this from happening?

Cut down your training volume per session and you probably won't be as sore. Go more frequently.

I 've been playing soccer at a club since I was 8, even started making some money out of it at 15. I was always fit, 4-5 traning sessions a week + gym, no alcohol, no smokes, no drugs, didn't diet but because of no need. Perfect BMI. I was 16.
Fucking then:
