other than protein powder for helping get extra protein in if you can't be fucked eating large amounts of whole food protein sources.........nothing really.......i guess you could take some creatine.....it aint gona do much besides give you a 3-5lbs+ gain on the scale in water weight and make you look a bit bloated which can help strength a little bit.

Issue with working out. My personal trainer has been doing more intense stuff with me like pushups into lifting a weight above my body, then throwing a medicine ball at a wall for 20 hits, then doing leg lifts on a bench with those handles.

Other times it will be burpees and double leg jumps or whatever, and when im doing these work outs I get so winded that I start to get kind of sick feeling and dizzy.

He keeps saying to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth but I want to breathe both ways through the mouth when I get to this point because if I try to go through the nose it feels like I'm suffocating. This is different than other slower less intense workouts we've done where I can breathe in through the nose easy and out through the mouth.

Why am I having this trouble with the exercises that makes me feel out of breath when its mostly strength based exercise? Should I try to keep breathing through my nose like my trainer said? He said that its to get oxygen to the brain easier but that sounds silly to me.

So /fit/fags, i'm posting this since i think that my situation is pretty particular. I've found a box with what is in the pic related, and since i'm a weakfag with no money to go to the gym and no parks near my area and only fat friends i want to use that stuff. What can i do, considering that i've got no muscles? I'm not fat, but pretty weak now.

(those weights can reach up to 10 kg each)

also, 10kg each isnt much, if you lift regulary you might wana get heavier plates quickly.

Here's what your weak ass is going to do.

Read the sticky.

Here's some acceptable exercises. Put all the weight on one if need be.

Curls
Hammer curls
Split squats
The press
Rows
Dumbell press on the flat bench or your couch
Glute hip thrusts with the weight
Pushups
Skullcrushers... if you want

Do probably all of this until it becomes too easy with the weight you have then go to the gym. You'll have no excuse after that

Also don't do too many pushups. Once you get to like 50 on a set, or just 50, start doing tricep pushups and elevated ones. One handed if you can.

I train like a mad man my only problem is I don't eat much. I feel so guilt and afraid my face will get chubby.

Any good articles relating on this topic? Is this some form of psychological condition? I know I have to eat and I want to I just can't bring myself to do it.

So I have a fat (basically obese) co-worker, he's not rich and he actually got married to an average woman.

Hello /fit/,

I've been working out for a few months and I'm progressing nicely with my compound lifts.

I do notice I have difficulty with keeping my core braced sometimes during the compound lifts.

And in a few months I'm planning to start a cut as well. I know compounds train the core too, but I was wondering what kind of exercises /fit/ does for the core and if you've noticed results over time.

Currently I am doing a few sets with the ab-roller every week.

So, what do you all do?

I've read in many articles that planks are the best thing you can do for full core strength. Over time, upgrade to elevated planks then put weights on your back.
