I'm from Sweden and nothing similar to this has ever happened to me. There are a few jacked dudes who attend my gym, yet I highly doubt they're pulled behind a corner and forced to piss in a cup. It's also illegal to force someone to piss in a cup here.

I run 4 days a week and lift the other 3 days. However I'm a college student and don't have time to cook. I usually eat 3 eggs in the morning and followed by fruits for lunch and salad for dinner. Is this diet gonna fuck me up? Any tips for a college student with no time for meal prep?

You can cook an entire weeks food with only ~30 minutes prep time, if that. The cooking takes another 30 minutes during which you can do other things.

if you want to maintain strength you'll be cutting at 0.8% bw/week at most. at 190 lbs that's around 1.5 lbs/week loss.

I've had DOMS in my arms for over a week after doing dumbbell pullovers for the first time. It hurts very slightly less every day, still painful though.

Back in Feb a girl I was seeing wanted to fuck in public and I couldn't perform because I was too nervous. I'm not sure if it's just in my head but it feels like my dick hasn't been getting nearly as hard since then. Like maybe 3 out of every 10 times will I get a true, aching rock hard boner that I've had consistently from my teen years til now.

I suffer from ED but physically there's nothing wrong with me. My blood pressure is fine, i eat well, I exercise (not just lifting, I have a healthy amount of cardio in there too), I sleep well.
Its become a psychological problem more than anything. The anxiety from the first failure fuels the second failure, and it continues on.
I was in a relationship with my ex for 5 years and still used to psych myself out occasionally. Some days I could go 11 times, other days I could barely get hard.
Try getting a prescription for viagra. Take a pill before sex. I take 100 mg on occasion, and while thats complete overkill the mental relief from it is insane. Like I almost can't believe I couldn't get an erection afterwards. I believe the mental benefits of the pill are better for my performance than the physical effects.

So I've been maxing out quite a bit lately, and my hip flexors are now very sore when I try to squat. I can't get a proper stretch on the problem area, however I can definitely feel a significant amount of pain (especially on the right side) when squatting. I did hypertrophy work for a couple days, went to max out again, and same issues all around. I feel like it might be a strain.
Should I still be squatting, or should I just take a week off squats and focus on leg extensions or something? I don't want to lose any gains, but the biggest gains goblin is injury, so it's hard to gauge.
Ibuprofen does very little to solve this.
