If i eat only breakfast get all my calories then work out after 6-8 hours do i need to eat again? Should i stop eating one meal a day? I really want to keep doing it. Cuz it cleans my mind from thinking about what to eat everytime

Does anyone here use tanning beds? I've been getting really serious about living a healthy lifestyle and I've read that getting enough sunlight exposure is really important. So my question is this; would tanning occasionally, like once a week, be beneficial? I have a fairly dark complexion, so I figure a 30 min section to get a light coat all over my body would look good. But I have no clue how tanning salons work. Do they have different lux settings? Do you tell them how long you want to be in there? How often is too often? Maybe once ever two weeks is a better idea? Any info would be great. It's hard to find an answer because all I get is skin cancer articles

How much lifting is too much?
I have barely left DYEL mode, but I'm afraid I might be liften to often, with too long session.

Currently I lift for 3 days, and rest for 1..

current program is
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Leg
Day 3 - Back/Shoulder
Day 4 - rest
Repeat

I mainly hit 8 ( 5-8 ) reps for 3 sets on each exercise
I lift for probally 1 1/2 - 2 hours pr session

according to other pre-designed programs I find on the internet, I have way too many exercises.. Does it make much of a difference? it's currently working for me, but I think I'm losing some potential gains..

any thoughts?

and then 2-3 triceps isolation exercises, sometimes a little biceps

Otherwise, I recommend you get a better routine with lower volume per muscle group per workout and greater frequency. Starting strength worked for me, but is questionably a meme. If I had to do it all over again I'd do Jason blaha's icf 5x5
