I am doing SS and my bench press is way behind. I want to train more, but am unsure how. Do I stop doing shoulder press and do bench instead? Do I bench every day?

You can do accessories for chest after your main lifts
Add 3x10 incline DB on bench days.
You can also do a routine on the smith machine. Set the bar to the lowest position and bang out 40 push-ups in a row without stopping.
10 wide grip
10 normal grip
10 close grip
10 reverse close grip
Do both of those exercises on bench days and it should help you out.
What helped me was doing 3x10 bench at 70% of my current work weight on OHP days. Dumbbell bench might be better though haven't tried it. Same thing worked really well for my OHP

I'd say do lower first, since everyone and their mother does upper on mondays.
Don't do seated press, do it standing. Also it's good to do a back workout before you bench.

So, I've been into the gym culture for more than 5 years, and I've spend countless hours looking at naked dudes on the internet. And I've seen a dozen of naked dudes IRL while in the gym
Over the years, after getting alot of shit from women, I started to hate them and realise what kind of shitty, selfish and egocentric creatures they are.
In the same time I started to realise how male body is much more aesthetic and sexy over the female body. I literally got gay thoughts about how sexy it would be to rim and fuck your gym buddy's tight from the squats ass, and to suck a dick (no homo).
I'm also thinking how a relationship with another dude would be awesome. Like going to the gym together, cooking /fit/ meals together, playing vidya etc. No drama and all the other roastie shit.
