Honestly, I feel bad for anyone who has to go through a breakup and isn't shredded.

I laugh in the face of heartbreak now, when i was a fatty it destroyed me.

I'm glad because all my life i've been a sensitive motherfucker. I still get upset when i lose a girl i liked, but it's easy to get over shit when you love yourself more than any girl ever could.

How do you guys get all of your protein? I'm eating a chicken breast, 4 eggs, 1 cup of cottage cheese and 6oz ground beef a day. Even if I subtract my bmi, I'm still not getting 1 gram protein per pound.

How do I get enough protein while keeping under maintenance calories?

Considering that I cant afford gym what is the fastest way to lose weight?I thought of doing 5 days cardio and 2 rest.It would look like this:
liss hiit liss hiit liss rest rest.Thats not too much right?Also I do IF and don't eat any junk food or sugar and drink 2~ liter a da and trying to got learn to fall asleep at 10pm for the hgh boost and deeper sleep.Dont be afraid to share any tips.

just count calorier. if possible, ride your bike to work and eat lots of low fat meat and vegetables, such as chicken, leanbeef, pork and yada yada. no burgers or sausages, very high calories/100g.

Just to lose wright cardio is great but dont use it as an exuse to eat more since it dosnt burn that much calories, just the little extra. 5 days is not to much.

Daily reminder that if you dont do anything with your muscles asides lifting, you're a fag and you need to pick up a more productive hobby.

For years I have honed my body and mind and I have mastered the ranks of muay thai and japanese jiujitsu.as well as the art of the incline bench press.

I am able to beat anyone both in the squat rack and in the ring.

When shit follows me, I truly am, the mastercrafted vision of the human race.

And you can do it too, you just need to pick up a sport/martial art. Its pointless to lift for the sake of lifting, I'm here to help you /fit/

Any /fit/ medfags here? I'm applying for med school this cycle, most likely gonna get in since my stats are good. Some questions:

1. Do you still have time to workout at the gym? I'm currently spending about 2 hours everyday M-Th. Will that change dramatically once I'm I med school?

2. Since we lift, were alfa as fuck. Are you the most alpha in your class? Do all the smart qt3.14 want your shreds? Do any grills want your nuts since your smart and swole?

How do I sleep 6 hours and fully recover/rest?

How much weight should I be lifting for the bill starr 5x5 routine to be effective/do anything at all to me?

I dont think you understand.

Its a 3 days a week (with 1 day in between each session), 3 exercizes, 5 sets 5 reps routine.

If you're not putting up enough weight it wont do SHIT and so it might be more rewarding to perform a regular 8-10 exercize routine with 4x10

The fact that only the last set of each exercize is at RM makes it even less effective for low level lifting

Anyone get pain here doing squats? I noticed it after trying to backsquat 315# a few days ago, much more than what I usually lift, and I'm hoping nothing is torn. The paints only noticeable if I squat/bend my knee below parallel or if I'm not warmed up, seems to hurt less if I have a wider stance with my knees pointed outwards versus straight ahead. Anybody have this before, and what was it? I work tomorrow, so can't see a doc just yet. Currently rehabbing it by warming up more and lifting lighter.

Bruh you may have to lay off the squats for a while, sounds like you have patella tendonitis or "jumpers knee". Would suggest you see a doc or hit up the Physio for a sesson on how to recover from it. Ive been recovering from a knee injury since last year and it developed due to an imbalance in the muscles. Too much stress is being placed in that particular area. I'd suggest that you lay off anything that triggers the pain and REST. I had to do water running for a while to get back to a decent state as walking up and down stairs was triggering it.

/fit/ I've had backpain for on/off six months
it has caused numbness in my testicles, groin, dick, legs, and this increasing pain in my back.
The doctors can not find out what is wrong, the one urologist went as far as to say my testicle numbness is made up.
I've been playing with my balls and dick for over 20 years, I know what they are suppose to feel like and what they aren't.

The only thing I can give you guys to go on is when I do a lower back stretch (leg over, spin opposite direction) when my right side pops I have some mild relief.
I've even mentioned this to the neurologist and they said they found nothing in the lower back that would confirm this.

I'm at my whits end, at one point I had my test levels checked to make sure my balls were even working.
what do I do

I've been to 8 doctors, even a chiropractor. Running out of money is probably a factor coming soon into my life.
