veiny arms aren't an indicator of gear use (although your pic most def aint' natty), it's mostly down to bf% and also how muscular your arms are or forearms in your case

If you are a manlet then the more muscular you are the shorter you will look. You should stay natural and try to have an athletic look rather than bodybuilder.

Is the PUA community the most toxic community that exists?

I have this really big problem. And, that problem is bad posture. I was just recently diagnosed with a Kyphotic Lordotic (pic related). I am 18 years old. My posture really looks ugly. Butt is sticking out. Chest is pressured. Arms are bending forward. Are there any simple exercises which I can do often and don't require any equipment?

what did the guy who diagnosed you say? if this was an actual diagnosis, why do you think you can fix it with "simple exercises"? some people's spines are just naturally fucked up and trying to force them into (for them) unnatural positions can do more harm than good.
Your hip flexors and psoas are tight and need to be stretched out. Your glutes and abs are weak, so strengthen them. Might want to improve your thoracic mobility as well
