I'm grossly obese and all I want to do is get shredded af. I want to have bulk and definition but I'm so fucking scared of loose skin, which WILL happen. I'm too fat for it to just "jump back." I had a younger size about my size lose a bunch of weight and she had to spend 20k just to get the skin from her stomach removed. She'll have to spend more to get her arms and legs done. Im broke, I cant afford that shit, I'll be in debt the rest of my life.
You cant even just live with lose skin, you can get terrible bacterial infections in the folds, they get sweaty and rashy. You dont get like that when youre just fat. I can still wear cute clothing as a fat bitch, but I'd have to hide myself in long hot clothing and behind compression layers.

it's not about loose skin, it's just fat, these people need to cut harder and the skin will adapt (with stretch marks, admittedly)

I'm scared that even after dropping all this weight, going to the gym all the time and lifting, getting /fa/shionable clothes, having a undercut, and reading a fuckton of books like how to win friends and influence people, that come this upcoming semester I won't be able to get people to like me enough via joining clubs and rushing frats to be able to build up a social life on the level thats needed to get laid.

Crossfit is nothing like what they advertise. I've seen my local Crossfit gym, and a Crossfit gym in the city. It's full of 30-50 year olds with a few kids sprinkled in there. Most of them have average physiques, some are small, some don't even look like they lift. and it's funny because you can totally sense that they're all full of themselves.

squatting regularly with good form actually fixes knees quite often. they do for me. if I take time off for a few weeks I always have knee pain when I start squatting again.
also read SS. the squat style in SS is quite gentle on the knees.
