Hey /fit/, poorfag here.

New to lifting and a hungry skellington. Any suggestions on cheap calorie dense foods. Anything affordable that preferably doesn't taste awful.

God I have a lot of crying dreams lately. Sleep crying I call it. I dont cry overday though. Too strong for that, but dreams? Yea, its the only emotional vent that I have left for my pure and utter no gf misery (I am completely fine, and healthy otherwise though, good test and good lifts, look good etc.)

Your upper body is resting on leg day and vice versa.

I'm all for rest days because if I don't go to the gym for 3 days all my lifts magically go up so there's not even a need to convince me.
Still, if your lifts are increasing and you feel at 100% there's no need to rest just because the internet told you so. You should know your body and lifts well enough to be able to tell if you're getting enough rest or not.

What are some foods that would help with constipation?

Local city park installed outdoor machines and bars for bodyweight exercises. (pic is just some random google outdoor gym but you get the idea) I'm stoked because I'm a poorfag without a gym and now I have something to use, even if the weights are minimal.

Also, does anyone have any tips on the best way to exercise when you only have low weights and bodyweight to use?
