So a few days ago i decided that im gonna make a video of a routine for bodyweight by some interest from this board and other places.
Anyway i got my friend to film me because he said his camera is really good. So heres the problem. His footage sucks. The white balance is completely off so it all looks really bad. I have some other footage i did by myself in my backyard and it just looks way better.
I have 3 options really
1. Tell him his stuff sucks and redo it by myself and hurt his feelings
2. Just go with his videos
3. Redo it without telling him and let him find out
He cant physically harm me but i really dont wanna hurt him. Do you think he will understand?

Let's assume my starting lift is OHP (lifting barrels and shit over my head).
What lifts replicate the following?
- Lifting cannon balls into the barrel.
- Carrying powder kegs across the deck.
- Throwing a grappling hook and pulling a ship closer.
- Lifting chests and other supplies and carrying them back to your ship.
- Hoisting flags and doing other assorted rigging stuff.
For food I've already decided on lots of dried meats and rum with plenty of fish to supplement and citrus fruit. (And also water even though it's cheating I'm willing to compromise).
I already have my playlist full of sea-shanties and Alestorm and I'm ready for all of you to call me a faggot but being a LARPing faggot makes me workout better and harder so whatever.
For reference my current OHP max is 115lbs and I'm 6'8", 270 lbs. My squat and deadlift are nonexistent because I'm scared of hurting myself and don't do them.
I also jump rope every other day (500 in sets of 100) and walk a lot.

You have low test, assuming you already lift check your diet. Cut out whey/casein and dairy first. If you don't feel better try cutting out grains too. Make sure you're getting enough from all the macro and micro food groups.
Also don't be fat and do some fucking cardio etc.

A lot of straight edge is negative; no drinking, drugs etc, but it’s mostly a positive movement. It’s about living your best life, getting outside even if it’s hard. Sticking up for yourself and making your own choices, even if that means changing yourself. I’ve never heard music with lyrics like these.
