Hey guys,
a fat beginner here, 2 months in. Looking for some advice.
First of all, I did read the STICKY and everything.
I am currently trying to lose weight. According to a BMI calculator I'm just inside the first stage of obesity class.

Anyway, I am eating at about 1400 - 1600 kcal a day, going to gym 3 days a week and running 3 days a week (my runs only burn about 300 kcal per session)

The thing that I'm confused about is, should I even go to the gym? Apparently you can't build muscle while in calorie deficit and my main goal right now is to lose weight.

So, should I continue this gym/run split or should I just focus on diet and cardio completely, get to my desired weight, and then start lifting and eat at maintain/surplus to gain muscle?

I HAVEN'T FUCKING SHIT MYSELF SINCE I HAD A FEVER OF 104 AND THE FLU WHEN I WAS SIX YEARS OLDS. Fuck. I know my pride won't recover at this point but will my stomach stop with the rumbly?

If it is a radical change in your diet, your body is just getting used to it. Did you use to eat a lot of processed food before?
It should be gone after no more than a week's time.

I'm going to begin using Dianabol. I want to do a 4-5 week cycle. I'm going to be taking 10 mg a day during the cycle. I plan to start my PCT one week later on 20 mg per day of nolvadex for 2 weeks then 10 mg a day for 2 more weeks. Does /fit/ think this is a good schedule, or should I start my PCT the day after? Any other suggestions?

hey /fit/, does anyone struggle with a lot of self-doubt or self-hate when they lift?

after a month of consistently hitting the weights and eating lot's of food, I suddenly can't stand the sight of myself getting huge in the mirror. like i become so miserable

this happened to me last year when i tried to lift as well. how do i deal with this?

Don't even think about cutting from protein, and try to cut as much carbs as you can.

Never done nofap for a long period of time, think best I did was 2 weeks, I was horny less often but when I was horny I was almost rampagingly so.
