I remember watching one video he made about philosophy and then he said something about Nietzsche, which I am a bit familiar with.

Not only everything he said was bullshit, but he also said that Nietzsche killed himself after saying God is dead, which seemed like too big of a mistake to make. I then realised that if the dude will confidently wax poetic about things like that before making even a simple Wikipedia research, then he probably never researches or looks into anything he says. He just goes with his gut and from what he remembers from conversations here and there, without ever bothering to fact-check. The type of person who only perpetuates myths, misconceptions, etc.

How the fuck do people eat >3500 calories a day?

This shit baffles me.
I have to eat exactly that amount, and even by drinking half a liter of milk a day, 150 g of oats l, 2 scoops, peanut butter and loads of other shit I stay at 3000 or less.

I even hate eating peanut butter but I eat 2 table spoons of it because I wouldn't even reach 2800.
