Then you re-check your current program, then form. You try SS again. If you're not making any more linear progress after making sure everything else is in line, you should do other programs.

It's been years now that I've had this fucking gyno and I range from trying to accept the reality of my situation and myself as I am and being extremely angry and thinking about getting fixed.
Lately however I'm definitely more inclined to get this quite literally out of my chest. I've been researching some clinics and places where I might do it and would like to hear the opinions of my fellow gynobros.
So guys that had an operation, what age were you when you get it and how much did it cost you? How was the recovery?
From my research it seems like it would cost €2.500 - €3.000 (2.700 - 3.300 usd) to get the operation here (Southern Europe), from the private sector which is a bit steep for me but I'm seriously considering it anyway. No idea if there's a public option, have an appointment with my family gp next week to find out.

Cut slowly, eat clean, get plenty of nutritious food. Eventually you'll have to eat your maintenance to feel normal again but if done properly that means you won't gain or lose any weight.
Don't do any gimmicks. You're already planning on doing something pretty dumb, so just eat normal, clean, preferably non-processed food.

How do I a one arm handstand?
I feel like I should have the strength to do it. I can do 8 free handstand pushups touching my nose to the ground every time.
I can hold 1 arm hs + thumb on the other hand easily but as soon as I let go I get thrown off my balance and fall down.
Also how the fuck do I do a press handstand? I can't do a single one either.
What should I do if I'm too tall to hang straight from my pull up bar? I want to move to straight leg hanging leg raise but I just haven't figured out a way since my bar is too low. Is there another variation I could do instead? I see some people do them moving a bit sideways on each side, maybe that?
