It's your first day, of course you are going to be hungry. It'll probably be 3 weeks before you stop being painfully hungry on a cut, and even then, it will vary by day.

the you gradually remove high calorie stuff. for example, if you eat pasta, only eat 90gramms
then you leave out one high calorie meal each week
trick is to go slow. it took you years to get fat. don´t expect your body to become slim in a week. it doesn´t matter anyway. it only matters to keep up the good diet for the rest of your life.

last year was the worst it ever got, they started this thing of saying 'dont let the door hit you on the way out' whenever i left the kitchen, and this eventually progressed to one of the girls kicking me in the shins whenever i tried to leave. even got a mild fracture after one time when 3 of them did it at once, probably the closest i came to reporting it to the uni, i almost had to skip my first meet.

Honestly, is there any saving me? Nothing I do works when it comes to bulking or routines, been eating 200g protein a day on PPLxPPL for the last 18 months and I still look like a fat couch potato.

Just do Foundation, I started auschwitz same as you, it has awesome progress path for us skinnyfags, don't forget to eat more. I started by making 4 slices of bread with shitload of peanut butter that I would force to eat throughout the day, once I hit 200lbs (6'3") I took it out of my diet, but I still maintain my weight.

MANLET -----
Pros:
> + Easy to get strong and big, 1-2 years is enough to look considerably good
> + Easy to fit into things like cars, bikes, chairs, couches, etc. Believe it or not but for lankets they can get very uncomfortable in many spots
> + Easier to buy clothes
> + Less occurrence of heart disease and thus mortality (larger organisms have heart problems often)
> + Easier to bulk up and cut

Cons:
> - Women sometimes taller than you
> - insecure faggots post memes online

LANKET -----
Pros:
> + Good at basketball
> + Good at swimming
> + Good at fighting without weight classes because of reach
> + Women are almost always shorter than you

Cons:
> - Need roids and good genes to look anywhere near good
> - Getting strong is harder because such long ROM on lifts
> - Bulking costs an arm and a leg, hard to scarf down 3k+ cals a day to bulk
> - Sometimes hit head on things, can be uncomfy in some seats, cars etc
> - Look freakishly tall, drawing attention to yourself when potentially unwanted
> - If you don't lift you will always look like you have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome

I have to dress like a 1990s kid (hoodie and shorts) because my body is too wide (from lifting) and too short to fit into anything decent fitting.

Meanwhile lanklets have access to long and thin tight fit clothing.

I'm 5'7 with a waist size and quad size that should be on person who is 6'5+
