stats after a year 6 month bulk 4 month cut and started bulking 2 months ago but it was kinda fucked up,
164 lbs
5'11.5
175 for 6 bench
115 for 5 standing OHP full rom touching upper chest/collarbone
285 for 5 deadlift
symetric strength says im proficent which is 3 years training, this measures avg lifters and whatnot if you dont know.

How to shit out all this food I eat? I'm 18 so my puberty gains have me eat a lot. I drink a lot of coffee in the morning which helps shit but my god sometimes I waste an hour or two in the bathroom each day.
Guess I just need to eat more beans even though I already eat a can/day.

When bulking and trying to build muscle mass, do you always eat at a calorific surplus or only during and after workout days?
E.g if I work out monday, tues, friday and saturday, is there any point at all to a calorific surplus on thursday?
I'm not talking about a mini cut, but rather eating at maintenance.
So that would mean a surplus for monday-wednesday and friday-sunday.
It might seem like a trivial matter, but it adds up to several kilos of potentially excess fat over a few months.
TLDR; Is there any point to a calorific surplus more then two days after the last workout?
