Running is for small guys when they offend BIG GUYS

>>38364834
>monday
>literally had no time for breakfast, had like half a protein shake which I ended up spilling and had only a small portion of chicken and broccoli for dinner
>tuesday
>had a tuna wrap for breakfast, was sick the rest of the day
>wednesday
>drunk
>thursday
>drunk again
>>38364814
I don't even care about your bait or stupidity, I just want a detailed rundown on Wednesday's feast (meal1: x, y kcal, z g protein, meal 2:... etc.)
What are some vitamins/ supplements that you take everyday? Also what are some little things you do to improve your overall health?
Fish oil tablets every day and lots of water.
I get outside when i can but i work in a windowless corridor so i take vitamin D3. Also take fish oil and CoQ10.
Drink lots of water. Always be mindful of your posture, especially while sitting at the computer. Get good sleep and do your best to keep your stress levels low. What helps me with that is i have a rule that if it takes less than 5 minutes to do something, i do it right then.
Fish oil daily and vitamin D3 5000 IE every other day.
I try to avoid taking supps so I'd be really grateful for tips on how I could reach the daily recommended intake for important minerals easier? ie zinc, magnesium and iron.
Do 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of various nuts and a good piece of meat suffice for a 155lbs man?

Hey guys I'm like 230 pounds and I'm trying to lose about 60 by Halloween.
I went out and got myself some gym clothes, running shoes, protien bars and water.
I've cut sugary drinks out along with most fatty foods.
I'm doing about 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of misc muscle shit at the gym everyday.
Do you think I'll lose it by then?
Doubt it, you might be able to lose 30-40lbs maybe more if you did a PSMF.
>I went out and got myself some water

how much do steroids cost?
Are they worth it?
Depends on your country
Depends on what you want to achieve
>>38364430
>how much do steroids cost?
how fucking retarded must you be to ask this question?
you know USA is not the whole planet?

I want to increase my muscle mass but not have a receding hairline or fucked up balls
getting wisdom teeth removed tommorow, any advice? What are your experiences? Will it be painful? When I will be able to lift?
>>38361316
bump for interest
It's not too bad, I'd suggest getting general anesthesia if that is an option, but even with local you won't feel anything. Hurts like hell afterwards if your doctor doesn't give you a script for any good pain killers, but that shouldn't be an issue unless he's incompetent
Crush your pills up and drink them in warm water, they kick in faster that way and you aren't sitting around for an hour feeling like your head got run over by a truck
>>38361316
you'll be comatose. hurts afterwards. you will be completely fucked up on painkillers for a couple days so no lifting
how are my eternal cutting bros holding up?
how close are you guys to your goal?

my current shit is only eating dinner every other day
today i have had two ice coffees and they were choice let me tell you
tonight i will probably not sleep well due to the elevated adrenaline and cortisol from fasting
life is okay
>>38360976
>tonight i will probably not sleep well due to the elevated adrenaline and cortisol from fasting
well that's not very good
if fasting is impacting your sleep routine then it is impacting your gains
whole point of cutting is to get leaner while preserving gains
I'm not going to tell you to stop fasting or anything but stay safe anon
Do you guys ever meditate? I always considered meditation to be a little shady, most of the people I've talked to who recommend it tend to believe in all kinds of ridiculous spiritual shit.
That, and the fact that I didn't really know how to do it.
However, a while ago, meditation was mentioned in a book I read about how willpower works and how to train it. The book recommended taking 5-10 minutes every day (I do it as soon as I wake up) where you just close your eyes, sit as still as you can and just focus on the sound of your breathing instead of constantly thinking random thoughts like you're used to.
I don't know about all those benefits mentioned in the picture, but the reason I do it is because every time you cut yourself off mid-thought and go back to not thinking and just listening to your breath, you're pracitcing using your willpower. This is essentially all you need to do in life to become fucking amazing:
1. Realize you're instinctively doing something that isn't good for your long term goals
2. Cut yourself off
3. Return your focus to the thing you want to focus on
>>38359708
I recently started doing it, i am a lot more focused, and when i start to drift off, for example at work, i stop and get focused on the task at hand, just like i do with my thoughts when i start thinking during meditation.
>>38359708
I meditate 2 to 3 times a day for 5 minutes. Whenever i feel unfocused or sluggish in general i sit down and just meditate. At the beginning it bothered me when i heard sounds, nowadays i'm more resilent.
I prefer to not close my eyes and look out of the window (at work for example).
I can recommend it, but like everything in life persistence and consistency is key to success.
If you're really interested in meditation, I would not cut it away from the tradition that birthed it.
It is like practicing lifting without knowing how to eat or sleep right, the effect will be greatly softened.
Read Ajahn Chah, Ajahn Brahm. Listen to Alan Watts' more Zen-oriented material on YouTube. Really come to understand the nature of the thing.
Hello /fit/
I'm a 1m83 (6 foot), 55kg (121 lbs) and 20 years old male.
Not big on fitness but I think my type is called "Ectomorph".
I want to build muscle.
Does some of you got a Diet and a Workout plan for me ?
Detail : For the Workout I have access to the gym except maybe for the week end where I might not have equipment.
Thank you by advance !

If you read the sticky they have exactly the information you're looking for
>>38362385
I've read it a bit. But it looks like it's written for average person.
I took 5kg in 5 years. Eating whatever I wanted to. I'm not like the average I think.
>>38362366
Body types are bullshit stop overthinking this. Eat a lot and lift heavy shit, jesus.
Rank the following forms of cardio from best to worst:
Running
Swimming
Cycling
Rowing
What are their relative pros and cons?
>>38362264
Idk, they all seems ok, but I guess cycling is the worst by default because of
>pompous mindset it generates
>drivers eager to run your ass over
>overall danger of biking
>>38362264
1.rowing
2.swimming
3.cycling
4.sprinting
5.walking
6. Power gap
7. Jogging.
Mainly joint impact/risk of injury, combined with how reliant each exercise on atp/cp vs glycolysis vs oxidative systems, and how that affects your nutrient partioning, gene expression, post-exercise cortisol levels,post-exercise test & gh levels (always wait at least 1 hour post training before spiking your insulin, or you will suppress this response, the anabolic window is a meme, eat pre workout, not post workout).
I could elaborate a bit, but i am lazy and it is tedious stuff.
Fullbody, mostly anaerobic, low i pact exercided are best.
Barbell complexes are my preferred cardio.
Plyometrics are good too
it depends on your goals there is no best, the best thing would be to mix it up
>Wow, Anon! Looks like all that hard work has been paying off!
