I've hit 1/2/3/4 (1 and 3 for easy triples). I'm 6'0 and 180 and only have 13" arms thanks to focusing on compounds. How long will it take to get to the respectability of 15-16" if I actually train them properly.

Pic related is what the British summer does to pale fucks like me

>Every day on Jupiter is less than half as long as the average earth day.

So an earthcuck that busts his ass working out everyday will still get slower gains than Martians living on Jupiter that train every other day. How can earth men compete?

Do back exercises like row variations provide necessary trap activation? Started doing shrugs on my push day in addition to my pull days set up of rows and other things

I never hit traps directly, don't dead lift heavy (RDLs and SLDLs only) and row a fuck ton. Rows are enough for traps

I think I've fucked up, I've been cutting eating about 1000kcal per day and gone from 210 to 198 lbs in a month and just read about metabolic damage, there are still 10 more lbs to go and if what I read is true I'm gonna bounce back like a motherfucker once I up my calorie intake.

What to do ?

The only thing you can do to save your gains
>>
Can't really say since I don't know too much about metabolic rate and all that jazz but I'm fairly certain that you're fine and 1000cal deficit isn't going to do much in the long run to that effect aside from losing fat.
>>
>>42593632
>metabolic damage
People "bounce up" because they get back to their shity eating habits once their reach their weight goal, dont be stupid and once you reach it calculate your TDEE and make a slow bulk or maintain (according to your goals)

>do keto for 2 months
>lose 20 pounds
>go back to eating carbs
>stsrt eating like shit once again
>haven't gained a single pound, actually still losing weight

How does this work? I've been eating trash for 2 weeks and lost a pound. We're the drains clogged or some shit? This doesn't make sense

>>
>>42593579
Idk, carbs are less calorie dense. Assuming you eat hte same volume of food, you eat less calories
>>
>>42593579
it takes a couple of weeks for your insulin levels to return back to normal after keto diet

if you continue doing this you'll get fat again very fast
>>
>>42593579
I'm exactly at your 4th > (including the 20 pounds in 2 months) but I'm just eating shit for a couple of days m8, then back to CICO.

If you go back to the way you ate before you will just get back to where you were or fatter, the delay is probably your insulin level or some other hormone, it won't last.

Despite being the same weight for years now, people have treated me better after graduating high school, though that's probably because I grew out of my ugly duckling phase and now I have a pretty attractive face.

I still need to eat myself out of T-rex skelly mode though.

I often see people say you just need to "work harder." What does that mean exactly? Is that code word for take steroids? Because it's not like this working out shit is very hard. Most people understanding counting macros and hitting body parts twice a week. But apparently the secret of "working hard" is what they're missing to being shredded

>it's not like this working out shit is hard
By this logic nothing in life is hard.

I suffer chronic and extreme fatigue. Cured by 8cl (two shots) vodka or 5mg of zolpidem (sleeping pills) that act as stimulants to me.

What's the reason and what's the treatment???

I can't manage to do anything all day and just browse the internet and play some vidya. I wake up at like 10am, shower and get dressed at 3pm (usually shower for at least half an hour), and start waking up mentally at 7pm when it's too late to start anything. I function way better (nearly normal) on 2 beers worth of alcohol.

I have some chronic stomach ache, but otherwise the main symptom is chronic fatigue and lack of brain power. Usually objects feel too heavy, and my brain power dissipates about half an hour after waking up and then returning late in the evening. Doctors don't care and say I should exercise more and I'm too lethargic to push it further.

What's wrong with me /fit/?

Should add this shit arose a few years ago. A few things happened at the time: Puberty ended, I got a varicose vein on my left testicle, and I got on anti-depressants for about a year.

Also stimulants don't help. The fatigue stays I just get a bit jittery.

The only things I've found to really help is two beers (or equivalent so two shots of vodka), or zolpidem/ambien between 5 and 10mg (1/2 to 1 pill).

My guess is fucked GABA sensitivity since GABA manipulation fixes it. Or low test due to varicose vein?

I want to get into stretching but I can't find any info on here.
Google just spits out these random infographics so I wanted to ask here which stretches I should do to help my lifts.

I will read it, to get to know more about the topic, but I want to start today and I am just asking for a few exercises I could start with.

Like a starting strength, for stretching.
