I'm about to start an Anavar cycle. Was thinking of taking 20 Mg When I woke up and 30 MG before the gym.

Does anyone with experience have any advice, tips, and tricks with Anvar?

Anavar will shut you down just like any other steroid, It's not worth it unless you're using a test base.

Don't worry OP! You are just starting to develop the extreme body dysmorphia we all developed and live with day to day. You might never like the way you look and the harder you try to look a particular way the more you will notice that you don't look that particular way. It isn't that your body isn't changing, and it isn't that other people wont notice the change and complement you on it. It is that your expectations for yourself will change as quickly as your body/lifts change. This will create a perpetual feeling that people may be messing with you.

Fun fact: If you have a bad week at the gym and/or with your diet and you aren't feeling all that hot, but you get complemented all the same you might actually get offended. It's happened to me, and I doubt I'm the only one. Anyways, try not to let it get the best of you. And keep at it my friend.

I was gonna do a thread liek this actually.
I started doing abs recently on the floor, crucnhes basically, and my back hurted whenever I looked up or did any flexible thing I was used to doing before. Also my whole spine got redish for a while. The pain goes away after half an hour or so. Any advices? I heard crunches aren't even that good for abs but I don't know if this is true.

If you are doing core exercises on your back, and it begins to hurt you, you are definetly doing something wrong. Tips i could give are ; you should look at the ceiling when you do you crunches, it will be harder, but it will prevent you from using your back muscles.

If it's too hard to pull yourself up, you should cross your arms on your shoulders (it will be easier that way). If you feel that you can now comfortably do the crunches, put your hands behind you head, or if you want to go hard mode, straighten your arms behind yourself.

Do variations of core exercises (i.e. Russian Twist, Plank, Cycle Crunches, Scissors, Leg Raises etc.)

To further harden(?) your exercises you can put a dumbbell on your stomach. Or a pair of dumbbells

As much as i wish there was an easy way i have concluded that calves are indeed genetic. My dad has done fuck all to build his legs but has the definiton of a bodybuilder in his lower legs and calves of a god and looks exactly like the OP pic.

For what it's worth i've noticed that putting on 25lb has improved my calves definition and size more than any number of calf raises and exercises in the past. It's just one of those muscles that is hard to improve on.

You stop when SS stops working for your goals. That's usually after a two or three months but it'll vary.

Ive watched how the whole manlet meme has grown into an internet wide hatred of small men. /fit/ created this meme, made it's ideology open. Ive just come here to warn you that the worlds most feared fighting force are manlets, the Ghurkas. Overall they are the fittest regiment in the British Army outside the SAS, fitter than the Paras the RMs. How does that make you feel? The average height of a Ghurka is 5ft6, average height of a royal marine is 5ft11-6ft. The Argentine's surrendered the Falklands when they knew they where going up against the Ghukars yet they fought the paras and the marines and the SAS.

You faggots need to learn to accept we can lift more than you and are more vascular then you. Maybe take this into mind before you decide to look down on us.
