Hi /fit/ this is my body, obviously I'm not a fattie but as you can see there is a small amount of fat around the stomach but otherwise I'm a skinny guy. I've been exercising recently but am clueless about nutrition. Should I "cut" a little first to lose the stomach fat?

This will probably seem stupid to you but it's a serious question.

You have to do whatever it takes mane. Seriously, cravings come and go. I know I've had one at least daily, but I cant recall what I was craving. All I know is that I didnt give in. But if i did eat like shit yesterday, or continously, that weight will carry around with me.

Do you ever regret getting /fit/?

I've been so conscious about nutrition and my diet for so long that I miss when I could genuinely enjoy an arbitrary meal that wasn't weighed and planned out with maximum precision, or not do daily exercise without literally feeling like a corpulent glutton and killing myself immediately

Don't get me wrong, being fit, healthy and having a good body is great, but fuck me if I wasn't a thousand times happier not caring about diet or fitness

You're overdoing it retard. If you aren't competing you don't have to be crazy strict with your diet, you can just skip 1 of your diet meals and have something nicer instead.


But I don't recommend skipping workouts unless you're ill/injured

Can you remind me please why not everybody is doing sumo squats yet?

I've switched to these and they work my legs in a most satisfying way + my knees seem to be stressed less as well.

Do you feel you need something good/a treat at night? When your life is all hard work and you feel empty?

How do you reward yourself and fill the emptyness inside?

I used to smoke weed and drink most nights, so it is a good substitute. But it's not fulfilling and it's not good for me or my gains.

What do you do?
I'm looking for substitutes to smoking that are more satisfying, but less damaging. It doesn't have to be something I can ingest, if you have any other suggestions.
