What's wrong with just eating clean and doing standard lifts (deads, ohp, bench, squat) with progression? Will I look better or will I just be wasting my time?

"look better" is an odd thing to say. In a general sense, if you're eating clean and exercising you'll 'look better' than if you weren't doing those things.

So in that sense, it's not a waste of time.

I already make $80k/yr with CPA marketing, why the fuck would I want to work hard with all that other shit? I literally have bots do the work for me, if I'm doing more than 2 hours of work a day I'd consider myself a failure right off the bat.

Either way, I'd have to roid to get to his levels anyway. At 5'8 160lbs and 11-12% bf I think I actually hit my body's pathetic peak, which is sad. That's while loading up on Serious Mass every day too.

I did my first weight lifting session in years two days ago. Yesterday my body was really sore and today it is less sore. But when I try to lift the weights today, my muscles ache way too much and I can barely get the bar of my chest. I was planning to do sets every two days, but 48 hours after my first set my muscles are just too sore to perform.

What worries me is I read that it is not a problem to do your workout while suffering DOMS, but nobody mentions it being this painful. So am I just a pussy who should power through the pain (I really don't know if I can handle it) or am I likely to have actually injured my muscles seriously if it hurts this much?

Hey /fit/ a serious hamplanet reporting in. Could I get a specific diet plan from one of you? I used to lift so I know the things about that. I had bulimia nervosa and recovered well, ( as you can see from the pic....) a little too well. I figured if somebody offered a plan and it wasn't mine the anxious controlling part of me wouldn't take over and I wouldn't purge.

I'm just somebody looking for a healthy plan between starvation and purging and being a tubbo
