I went onto a dating website a few weeks ago and I noticed a listing that has been at the back of my head ever since.

I'm 5'6 and I weigh over 200 lbs. I used to be like a size med but I gained a fuck ton of weight during pregnancy and made poor decisions afterward. I'm a lard ass, and a lot of it is drinking at this point. I really want to lose all of the weight I can in the most efficient way possible. My leg is broken but I'll be up and moving soon. I am asking what I need to eat, how much cardio I need to do, weight lifting? Just give me some sort of routine. It's not difficult for me to make a lifestyle change. I was depressed and in a bad relationship. I'm ready to move forward now.

Sup /fit, I've plateau'd at my pulllup strength and was wondering if you coulld give me any pointers in how to increase reps.
I'm 6'6 195 lbs with pretty long arms.
My routine is
Wide Gripx6
Conventional pullupsx6
chin-upsx8
I repeat this routine twice but lately I have gone down in reps and can't seem to spike back up (used to do 8 of each).
Any pointers on how to increase?

Serious question,

If I wanted to look like this and literally put 100% of my effort into lifting and fitting macros could I do it in 4 years or less? I'm 27 right now and I'm worried that it will take longer and longer the older my body gets, I'm currently in average shape, I don't have that much bodyfat. I'm 6'1.5.

I got an external hemorrhoid lately and I've been told it could be linked to lifting (I did some research and read that a lot of heavy lifting could be the cause of it) My diet is fine in terms of getting fiber, I'm just wondering if this is just something that comes with the game or is there something I can do to avoid this in future because this fucking sucks.
